Earlier this year the Kentucky High School Athletic Association announced Boys’ Volleyball would become a KHSAA varsity sport in the Spring of 2025!! This is fantastic news for athletes all over the state of Kentucky! Men’s Volleyball is a rapidly growing sport not only throughout the country but right here in our very own state. More and more colleges are adding the sport to their programs as it grows in popularity. In Kentucky we currently have seven college programs with the newest program just announced at Northern Kentucky University (NCAA DI- Highland Heights, KY), Brescia University (NAIA- Owensboro, KY), Campbellsville University (NAIA- Campbellsville, KY), Georgetown College (NAIA- Georgetown, KY), Kentucky State University (NCAA DII- Frankfort, KY), Midway University (NAIA- Midway, KY), and Thomas More University (NCAA DII- Crestview Hills, KY). East Jessamine High School is starting their own team this year to be ready to compete next season!
