EJHS New Head Football Coach

East Jessamine High School would like to announce our new Head Football Coach as Trenton Fields . Coach Fields is entering his 15th year coaching high school football. He’s been fortunate to coach and guide over 40 players that played at the college level (NAIA-D1), including Woodford Lankford, Sam Vaughn, and Beau Allen who were named 1st team all-state. Beau Allen was named the Paul Hornung Player of the Year in the State of Kentucky in 2019 and is in the top 10 of several KHSAA passing categories. Coach Fields helped his teams to victory over tradition rich programs like Boyle Co, Covington Catholic, Fort Thomas Highlands, Lexington Christian Academy, Pulaski, Southwestern, Louisville DeSales, Bardstown, among many others. 10 of his 14 years have been spent at Tates Creek High School and Lexington Catholic High School and he was the Offensive Coordinator at Danville in 2023. Coach Fields married his wife Amy in 2013 and they have an 8 year old son Eli. Coach Fields enjoys spending time with family at Dale Hollow Lake and traveling as much as possible. He’s excited to get to work and lead East Jessamine football program. #GoJags
